Already scratched, dented and rust in the first 6 months.
We got some fantastic baking sheets from John Lewis on our wedding list 15 years ago!! They had done sterling service for our kitchen, moved around the world and were just now in need of replacement. We got a set of these as the replacement as we did, as always, some review research and wanted the best product we could find as we want something that would last us another decade plus of use. These are not fit for that purpose. They scratch incredibly easily and after a few times in the dishwasher they are already showing signs of rust. Granted they are nice and heavy and seem sturdy but they are meant to be heavy duty non stick and they simply aren't up to the task of regular, frequent family life from oven to dishwasher to cupboard and back again. Compared to the previous ones they seem like we have purchase the amateur version. We were forced to give in and purchase another set very quickly and these now sit on the bench as our spares as they are past their return date. We had such high hopes that they felt dashed when they fell that far.

Surface scratches easily
The surface of these trays is very soft, just storing one on top of the other caused one too be scratched, I had not expected this to happen given the write up before I bought them. They are easy to clean and non stick but scratch too easily even though I use silicone utensils on them and have since bought new ones.

I have had to re-write this review
Having used this item (the baking tray) a few times, I have found that is not, indeed, non-stick. I am deeply disappointed as it started out so well. 5 year guarantee? They're kidding right? As I type this, the tray remains in the sink where it has been soaking overnight to allow removal of food stuck to it.

Definitely not recommend!
They look of great quality on arrival, heavy and robust. However, after a few washings the non-stick coating starts pealing off and does not matter how gentle you are... Also, they always remain kind of stained and are difficult to clean. I had already asked for a replacement once, but this time both trays are going to end up in the bin... Definitely not recommend!

Great quality but somehow I scratch the non-stick surface whilst roasting pork joint
The non-stick surface works well. I have no problem with baking but having an issue removing the sticky part from roasting pork joint. For very sticky food, it's better to soak in water before trying to scratch to remove the stain.

Baking trays
I bought this 2 piece set on the 4th May, the shallow tray started to lose its coating after 2 times of going in the dishwasher, it says it’s dishwasher safe. I think there must’ve been a fault in the process Of the manufacturing. The other deeper tray is absolutely fine and I’m pleased with that one. I’m just disappointed in the smaller tray as I I wanted to spend a bit more on baking trays so that they would last longer.

Easily scratched but very nonstick
Lovely thick tins that hold great well and don't buckle. However, the smaller tin scratched straight away, even though it was washed carefully by hand. Very disappointing, I would recommend not stacking the tins together which makes them hard to store.

Great reviews, but didn’t turn out so great!
I was excited about masterclass pans because I read lots of great reviews. However, I was very unimpressed when the first time we used the deep pan in this set, for a roast pork, the paint seems to have peeled off under the heat! Very unimpressed.
