Wow, I was surprised!
This string is a lot finer than I thought it would be, but so far, it seems to be very durable and for a non-stretch thread, it stretches a little bit, making it more sturdy. It's like.. if it's pulled, it tries to relieve some of the tension by tightening it's weave and stretching out, resisting breaking. So far, I've made two bracelets and a necklace with it, but it's doing amazing at holding up.
