Absolutely loved this bracelet and bought it for my daughter. Unfortunately one of the charms fell off so be gentle with it

I was excited to get this to give to a close friend since she’s getting married but why would I gift a bracelet that looks already used? It came with chips in the white paint and the silver writing has spots of black.
