Buy TMS Software Hands-on with Delphi: Multi-tier, cross-platform data access and visualization in grids by Flick, Dr. Holger, Flick, Kristin Lee, Fierens, Bruno (ISBN: 9798690375928) from desertcart's Book Store. Everyday low prices and free delivery on eligible orders. Review: Great book in two parts, a must for TMS component users - The book digs into the Adv Grid (VCL) and does an excellent job of exposing its features in a highly accessible manner. That’s the first half, the second is the real meat, WebCore, FMX, multi tier, it’s a treasure trove of resources to get you over the hump with these technologies. What’s to like? Fantastic resource, I’d happily have bought just the second half as a stand-alone book… I’m done with VCL and really like how TMS has dealt with the newer frameworks. What’s. It to like? I think the only thing I would have liked to see different was the back references to earlier books, for example when it came to time to import data, it referred to a previous book rather than putting in the importer logic and code samples. If the book had been sold as two smaller ones, there may have been space maybe? All in, I am a total fan, I have the previous books and many more, this is one I turn to a lot! Review: Excellent book to learn how to use many components of TMS Software. Can't wait for the next book.
