Amazon Basics Heavy-Duty Adjustable Straight Pipe Wrench, 10-inch

As a DIYer, I often need tools that can handle tough jobs, and this Amazon Basics 10-inch pipe wrench has proven to be a great addition to my toolkit. I recently used it to tighten some old, stubborn pipes, and it performed exceptionally well.One thing I really liked was the solid grip it provided. The adjustable jaw held onto the pipes securely without slipping, which made the task much easier and safer. The handle was comfortable to hold, even during extended use, and the weight felt just right – not too heavy, but sturdy enough to get the job done.There wasn't much to dislike, but I did notice that it required a bit of extra effort to adjust the jaw initially. However, once it was set, it stayed in place and worked flawlessly. This pipe wrench has definitely earned a permanent spot in my collection.

He wanted this, Because he said he needed it for his projects around the house. I bought it, wrapped it & after Christmas, saw it on his workbench. So honestly I can't say how it works cause I haven't seen it in action! But it looks sturdy & strong!

It's a cheap pipe wrench, but for the price, It's good I guess. Honestly, there Is almost no difference between this wrench and a $14 24 inch one from Harbor Freight.

This one is pretty heavy but the lever or latch is not sturdy enough to hold. It keeps missing the lock so will have to help it latch on to again and again which can time consuming

This is a nice handy wrench to have in your tool box for different occasions. It fits perfectly in the toolbox of my tractor to make adjustments to the implements!

Honestly why do I keep falling for the Amazon brand. Everything Amazon has been complete crud and this is no different. Poor craftsmanship all around, everything is loose and on the verge of falling apart right out of the box. Save yourself the hassle and buy a better wrench.

The tool is strong and working good

Es de metal duro y resistente. Tiene un peso equilibrado. La he usado para desenroscar un aireador pulverizador del grifo de la cocina . Las caras de la rosca estaban redondeadas y no había forma de soltarlo con una llave inglesa ni con una fija. Con esta llave , la he soltado a la primera. Se ajusta bien a la pieza y la afloja sin dificultad. El mango tiene buen agarre; no resbala en las manos. As I can never find a large spanner which seems to fit all the pipe fittings and bolts I thought I would try this to save some room and weight in my toolbox. It came in a protective cardboard box and all seems to be made of cast iron or something similar. There is not plastic clips or pads which could break so it should last me a long time.It is adjustable from a screw and can safely extend to 4cm or 1 1/2 inches, although the head does flex a lot at the extreme so it’s performance is somewhat limited. There is however, a spring within it to hold it in the right position. The tolerances are quite large, the head can move up and down about 3mm at all heights because the screw nut has plenty of room to move up and down.Overall for a cheap wrench that will only venture out into the day occasionally it’s perfect and does the job well. It has sharpish teeth that grip onto bolts easily and the metal is hard enough to not grind away. The handle is also pretty long at about 22cm to give a good lever force. It isn’t going to be great for everyday use though, the tolerances are just too big so I have to keep tightening it to account for the movement.

Voici une très bonne clef serre tubes, solide et faite pour durer.Elle se démonte très facilement pour son entretien.Sa longueur est de 29 cm et l'ouverture maximale des mâchoires permet d'y placer un tube de 45mm.Elle affiche 621 grammes sur la balance.C'est pour moi du bon outillage que je recommande pour sa qualité.

La llave grifa o Stillton (se le llama de ambas formas) cumple. Fabricada en aluminio, es ligera pero resistente ideal para los apaños domésticos de fontanería.Cuenta con buena apertura, pero no se el precio a día de hoy por lo que me limito en comentar de su calidad y es más que correcta para ser un producto denominado Basics.⭐⭐⭐⭐ estrellas
