This device sounds as good, if not better, than any of my stationary Audio-Technica or other Shure mics. Battery life isn't anything game-changing, but I did 2 gigs (about 6 hours) on a single battery, so that's not bad, and they're simple AA batteries, so cheap to get/replace. I haven't tested how far the range is, since I'm typically pretty close to the receiver, but I've never experienced even the slightest latency or sound-fidelity loss in distancing myself from the receiver. The headset is comfortable and has no issues with my rather clammy head after several hours of performing. Great product!

I had bad luck with headsets so far, and decided to get this one. It is a bit of work to connect it to the sound system, but worth it. The quality is amazing, and it stays on whatever you do! Best choice for fitness trainers!

We bought this Shure headset to replace another brand that just wore out. When it arrived we put it to the test. It started cutting out. We contacted product support and they helped us fix the issue. All we needed to do was change the channels. Now it works great and my wife loves it.

The build quality could definitely use an upgrade, felt a bit plasticky and cheap. However, the sound quality is the complete total opposite - crystal clear voice quality through the microphone. You'll have a good time with this system doesn't matter what fitness class(es) you use it for.
