We are replacing the legs on a 1960s sofa that is being reupholstered. These legs match the originals in every way but one. These legs have a rubber type bottom which will be much easier on our floors than the original metal buttons. These even screw right in to the original brackets though new ones are included.

Exactly what I was looking for. A a little pricey, but did the job. Needed lighter legs for a new ottoman that would match my living room furniture better. Here’s a picture of the old and new look. Love the brass accent, matches my mirror above the mantle.

Don’t buy these if you need the mounting plate. It leaves a gap so they won’t work. It also comes with no instructions.

I should have paid attention to the other reviewers. THE HARDWARE IS WRONG!! The threaded stem is way too long. Someone else suggested ordering a separate hardware kit, but I did not want to spend more. I took a chance and drilled four large holes in the bottom of the cabinet, hoping that I would not drill right through into the interior. I was lucky. I was able to "make it work".

Beautiful legs! Fit perfectly. And an easy way to update your current furniture.
