I purchased this book to have as a reference book for making macarons. These cookies can be so intimidating and I have been doing a great deal of research before making them.There are so many pictures in this book that are extremely helpful. I has 164 pages of quite valuable information. The headings are:The BasicsShellsRich and DecadentSpiced and CozyFresh and FruityTart and CitrusyClassic and TimelessDecorating TechniquesThere is a plethora of recipes and tips and tricks to help you to create the perfect macaron. There is a section on troubleshooting as well which can be helpful.This is a great book for anyone who wants to learn how to make macarons.

The book is exactly what you would expect to get from Camila! Great recipes and the photography is absolutely stunning. Camila's recipe is the only recipe that I use for my macarons, it has been successful for me right from the beginning of my macaron journey! I also have her Fantastic Filled Cupcakes book, which you should get if you haven't already.

Wish I had bought this book before I started making macarons.

Having had various success with macs in the past finding this book was a REVELATION! The steps are clear, a lot of myths are debunked and i've never had such a resounding success with a recipe first off. Highly recommend giving this a try and some of the recipes in the back look amazing
