This is the second time this chain has broken the first time the that holds the letter broke off and now the chain popped, I gave this as a gift and now they just want to refund versus replace.

This necklace was shown to say:I can do all things through Christ on one side of the A andPhilippians 4:13 on the other side.By changing this, it not only isn't what is advertised BUT it has the exact OPPOSITE meaning.I want the person receiving this gift to remember that she CANNOT DO by herself. I'm terribly disappointed in the bait and switch and will be returning this product.I went back to the order page to take a picture of it and see that an "A" necklace cannot even be ordered anymore Hmmmm. Others must be unhappy also.
