they don't even try to enjoy it, they have one in their cage and one in their play area under my couch and neither of them ever get bothered.

A friend told me that her birds love woodchip finger traps so we bought this to keep our parakeets busy. The birds destroyed this thing in about a week. I've never seen them focus so intently on a toy. I was going to buy a replacement but instead I bought a pack of replacement finger traps from Oriental Trading and have rebuilt this thing about half a dozen times. I don't know if they love it or hate it but it certainly gives them something to do. They are tearing apart the latest rebuild as I type this.

Just want to make it clear my rating is on how my birds(2 parakeets) liked them and how it is holding up with their type of play. We have had it for several weeks now and it is still more then 50% there. My birds are not aggressive with their toys so this one will last longer then for a bigger bird or more aggressive players. It is not poorly made and the finger traps are not flimsy. I will certainly be buying more of these.

I have bought this toy countless times. Bonka Bird toys forever has my business because they're toys are well made and safe for our green cheek. Everything from finger trap toys to thier bullet proof bell toys are top quality. She has an unhealthy obsession with finger trap toys, so I have to keep buying her replacements throughout the year.

A little big for my cockatiel, but a nice toy.
