Use for correct truck.
I bought for a 54 Chevy 3100 it could be made to work but I didn’t use probably fits the correct truck it was meant for.

These work pretty good, some adjustment is needed, I had to buy spacers for my ds18 speakers cause the magnet hit the back of the cab, I added 1” spacers and it fits fine now, overall they are decent for the money

Fit well in my 79.
Mine came very nice. No flash rust or imperfections in the coating. Seem fairly solid. Installed easily using self taps. Not a super tight fit but fits well enough for a one size fits all product.

Very thick steel speaker bracket
Good thick quality steel. Almost or is thicker then the steel in the truck. Very impressive will work for what I need with minor drilling for speakers . Fits in nice
