If you are going to do a lot of refilling, I recommend purchasing the Molotow Refill Extensions B for Molotow 100 Marker Series, 6 Per Set (693.549). Fill with ink. Replace the valve and the nib assembly.

Yes, Black Magic is waterproof depending on the surface. It is formulated for paper. The water resistance improves if the ink is allowed to dry and cure for 24 hours.
