LiquitexProfessional Acrylic Ink, 1-oz (30ml) Jar, Yellow Orange Azo

I'm a bit of a sucker for metallic paint in general, but this looks like liquid gold. I wanted a rich, big flow paint to use for metalic accents on my artwork and my other paints and inks, as pretty as they are were not creating that strong line and gold effect that I was going for. The pipette/ dropper makes it much easier to put your paint out without it going everywhere, or wasting a lot by putting out too much at a time. I love these paints and have a few colours in this liquitex range. The colour is highly pigmented and it can be used straight from the bottle, watered down to use more like an ink or watercolour and are great to be used with pouring medium to create pour paintings.

I am a professional artist @neyhaartistry , and have been using liquitex for years now . I haven’t been able to visit the art shops due to covid so ordered a few colors from amazon - and the new bottles , and consistency is just amazing. The colors ( muted grey being my favourite) are sublime . I credit liquitex for my career! I enjoy using their black lava beads paste too . Highly recommend.

It's a very nice thing to have- I bought this for all the possible inks you can imagine - gold, shimmering, India ink, calligraphy ink you name it - I change ink quite often in some projects I have and you really need to wash the nib before using another ink otherwise it gets cloggy and you destroy your nibs.This one is perfect, not only for acrylic ink but for every ink.The smell ..is a mild alcoholic so I guess it's alcohol based.If you love your nibs don't use washing liquid...some might tell you to do so..maybe won't do immediate damage but on the long run, it will. Use simple water if you can immediately after using your nibs and clean it with this solution between ink and when you finish working.

Is thick with high density in the colour, been using it for washes on minis, and with right mixture (see on YT for more info) is just as good as the store bought washes. Great product for large scale painters looing to save cash.Still 4 star because was sent wrong size, beware of size.Original Title: Was sent 30ml when ordered 150mlMisleading and pursuing a return or refund as the item is 1/5 of what was needed.BEWARE to any that order that this is misleading price as 30ml is a third the price.

On unboxing the cap was in the condition you see in the photo - massive crack in it which actually made it quite challenging to open without snapping the cap but with some luck I managed to open it with getting ink over the place.Fortunately the acrylic ink had seemingly had dried and caused the stuck cap so there doesn’t seem much missing from the bottle.The box itself at the top was in perfect condition with a slight crumple on the bottom so it must have been a production issue not a delivery issue as there wasn’t any ink over the packaging.Otherwise ink is exactly what I wanted
