Does the Job Well
The cartridge is pretty expensive, but it does the job well for a few months. I have noticed reduced hairfall after using this. However it does not last full 6 months if you have very hard water in your area. It becomes clogged resulting in reduced water pressure. But this product is better than most out there in the market.

Though this is a bit costly, I recommend it to people who have hard water coming in their homes. Really makes a difference to hair fall reduction.

Its not quite as effective as the default catrige with the Rain shower...The refill I ordered when my 1st default catridge was damaged, was not as effective as the 1st one...Very average, considering the price which is on the higher side.Kohler should focus on Product Quality

Do not waste your money. It does not work. Period.
Bought a replacement cartridge after having used the previous one for about 6-7 months. Also bought a TDS meter to check it's efficacy vs the old one. Turns out there is no difference. In both cases, the TDS meter returned a reading of ~530. Water directly from the shower had a TDS reading of ~550ppm.For reference, a bottle of mineral water has TDS of ~60-70ppm.Simply put, this cartridge has zero measurable impact on the water hardness.
