Nice gloves on all levels.
Really nice gloves. Comfortable, and pretty compact though they are 16oz. The thumb feels well protected. Nice whack when working the bag, so you know when you've connected right. Also, the strap is good, and can be closed comfortably tight. The only slight irritant is the stitched in label on the inside which irritates the skin on the wrist. This problem was solved by snipping the stitches and removing!

Great Gloves
I'm an average 3-4 times per week gym guy. I routinely hit the heavy bag as well as hand pads. With hand wraps, these gloves fit and feel amazing! Much better than the last pair of Adidas gloves I got for the same price. These gloves are constructed well and have held up very well too. Many people have complained that their knuckles were rubbed raw or blistered when wearing theses gloves. I had it happen on my left hand to my ring and pinky fingers. However, this happened with the last pair of gloves I broke in as well. Worst case scenario is that you get a couple callouses or just wear a band-aid until they break in.

Great gloves for a intermediate level boxer
First I got to say that i have used 3 pairs of gloves since I practice boxing. First the Lonsdale Gym Training Gloves and then the Adidas Shadow ClimaCool Boxing Gloves.I've been using these gloves for 4 months. I train 3 days per week usually in the heavy bag and occasionally in sparring. I now i can say that these are the best gloves that i have used.Pros:- Your hands are well protected and the IMF foam technology seems to do a good job.- Good quality stitches and material- The rounded shape of the gloves it's more convenient for heavy bag work- They are not so bulky as the other gloves- Classic cool designCons:- The red parts tend the discoloured.- The wrist support its not the best, specially if you're blocking punches.- The foam its really hard the first 2 months of use.In conclusion these are really good quality gloves, that do the main porpoise of a boxing glove. Protect your hand. After you used them for some months they stiffness of the foam goes away. The fit is confortable (i have small hands). Great gloves for a intermediate level boxer to use in the regular training.

Ringside IMF Bag Gloves
Bought these gloves to go along with a Ringside 130 LB heavy bag. Once they were broken in, they felt great and provided good cushioning to my hands. The wrist strap does not provide protection for my wrist since it extends past the wrist when the gloves are on. They do dry out pretty well after using them for 6 3 minute rounds two to three times a week. Based on the past four months of use they appear well made and durable.

but so far so good. I have the 14 oz
Still breaking these in, but so far so good. I have the 14 oz. which provide enough protection for bag work, but feel light. The inside liner feels a little baggy at first, until you get used to it. Bottom line: solid training gloves for not a huge amount of money.

Ringside proves to be the best again
When I was looking for heavy bag gloves, I did my research...the people I work out with mostly used Ringside...I tried their gloves and liked the, but there are so many other choices out there...After reading the reviews I decided on the Tech Glove...I am happy I did...the glove fits perfectly...it has the proper amount of cushioning...just enough to protect your hand for the hard punches, but not so much that you cannot feel the bag...I would buy these gloves again!!!!!!!!!!

Already torn the inside fabric
The tips of the fingers are torn, which makes them very uncomfortable to wear. They lasted about 2 months with two bag sessions a week.

my knuckles hurt from the very first punch on the heavy bag
i have been going to the boxing gym 3 to 4 times a week for over 2 years now. each workout consists of at least 1,000 punches on the heavy bag and approx 500 punches on the mitts. i ordered these 14-oz. gloves because of the favorable reviews i've read. My knuckles hurt from the the very first punch i threw on the heavy bag with these RINGSIDE IMF GLOVES. my knuckles hurt also when i punch on the mitts. The gloves i have been using are $35 Everlast 14-oz gloves. They do not offer good protection for my thumbs especially for my left hand but my knuckles never hurt . I had to return these RINGSIDE IMF GLOVES.

Amazing bag gloves
Amazing bag gloves. I love the loop that allows them to tighten from both sides when pulling the strap. I think all bag gloves should have that. Gives amazing wrist protection. The padding is a bit hard, especially before theyre broken in. I dont suggest using them for sparring interchangeably.

Good gloves with poor quality control
Was always curious about the Ringside IMF Tech bag gloves and when I saw the price tag I decided to jump and buy them. I also have to admit that they look pimp ;)Delivery was super fast and easy as always with Amazon. The gloves were well packaged and fairly protected in the big box.The gloves look really nice, the padding is a bit hard, but I knew that from other reviews. They were bigger then I expected and are a bit big without wraps. I always wear wraps so this won't be a problem. I have long fingers and the size large is OK. My hands are 4 1/2 inches wide. The liner inside the right glove was loose and i decided to ask for a replacement pair and was immediately sent a new one.Two days later I received the new pair and when I opened the package I could see that the gloves had been used quite a bit. The liner in both gloves was loose and the left was even dirty. There was no tag on them either as opposed to the first pair I received. Amazon staff should pay more attention to these little things in my opinion.I then proceeded to ask for a return label and asked not to be sent a new pair because I decided to keep the first ones as they were less defective. Dealing with Amazon CS is always easy and Amazon dealt with the matter. The gloves are good gloves, but Ringside products are after hit or miss in regards to QC. Still they are mills ahead of Everlast gloves.
