Great product for extra protien.

Wow. I’m going to start out by saying I have always loathed protein shakes. They are thick, overly sweet, and pretty rough on my stomach. It has always been a chore to get one down and I would feel terrible afterwards. Not anymore. This product is a game changer for me. Consistency is just a little thicker than water. Very easy to get down. Flavor is amazing! I can only speak to the mango lime so far, but it’s like drinking a refreshing lemonade. It’s not overly sweet, In fact it’s a little tart. I make it with cold refrigerated water. I think that is the way to go. Shake it up real well in a blender bottle (shaker bottle) and then LET IT SIT for a few minutes. Every thing dissolves and it’s perfectly mixed and clear after a few minutes. I actually enjoy the drink. Can you believe that?! While one could chug it very easily, I like to take my time and enjoy it. I’ve been having one with every meal. I will be trying a new flavor soon, because the mango lime seems to only be available in the smaller size and I go through it quickly. So bottom line is even if I didn’t enjoy the fantastic flavor, it would be easy to chug down my 20 ounces in just a few seconds and I would still give it 5 starts because it’s sooo easy to get down.

Ok so I gave it some time to make sure I was as honest as possible. I’m moving into my 4th bottle reorder of this and I have to say, it’s definitely an acquired taste but you get used to it! It’s actually super good now once you get the hang of how much water to add, how long to let it sit (for the foam to disappear) key is for it to be extra iced and cold, it then feels like drinking any other iced cold juice. I add chia seeds to mine and it’s perfect! There is a lot of foaminess but disappears after about 2 minutes. I use a bottle blender and everything dissolves perfectly. My favorite so far is the mango lime. Only wish they made it in bigger bottles cause it gets pricey with these lil bottles.

If you're a first time buyer, you should know that clear protein powders do not want to blend well (if you're using a shaker) with water. Never used it with other liquid bases. I did find this particular product combined well just resting in the fridge after agitating. Crystal clear with no residue. I feel like this should be a tip in their steps. However the mango lime flavor was not good. I ordered it accidentally, when I wanted lemonade. I may reorder for that flavor and try again, as another clear powder I've tried tasted good but did not give the clear results this one did.

Love this brand. No horrible aftertaste. Love the mango lime.
