The bottom of my cup is not flat. There is a rounded surface to it. It makes the cup wobble when placed on a flat surface. Is this normal for the cup?

When I first got my mug, I had to spend an hour, scraping the sticky rubber off the bottom, and when I did some hard plastic remained sticking out from the middle on the bottom. That sticky rubber prevents the cup from sliding but I don’t live on a sailboat.

Want to buy replaceable lids for Copco 16oz Mug?

Copco is owned by Wilton. I just requested two replacement lids with gaskets (they come together), and they are sending them free of charge. From the link on their website: For questions about product use, instructions or to request replacement parts or materials call 1-800-794-5866

Does anyone have problems with being able to drink all contents? I just got a 16-oz hot bev cup. No problems with the seal at all, but it seems like once I get to about 1/2 of coffee/tea left, no more liquid comes out of the drinking hole, and I have to remove the lid to finish the beverage. To this point, this ruins…

When the cup starts getting down to around 1/2 way empty, your nose starts touching and blocking the little air vent in the center of the lid. This prevents liquid flow. Once you realize that this is the problem, you’ll become aware, and avoid pressing your nose against the air vent hole. TIP: You could drill another small hole up towards the opposite edge from the mouth hole. I’d drill it 1/2 way in between the current center hole and the outer edge, to avoid interfering with the seal.

Does it leak after weeks of being used? I really want to buy it but I need to know if it leaks

You have to screw the lid on very carefully; it's possible to have it slightly cross-threaded which allows it to leak. Be sure to turn it backwards a bit until it's firmly seated, then proceed to screw it on tightly and it won't leak, even after weeks of use. Being plastic with only 1 thread it's a bit trickier than screwing a metal nut onto a bolt.

Best Cup EVER!

So I first bought one of these cups as an experiment along with some ceramic ones. You see my dog LOVES coffee and if you leave your seat and have your cup there well it was gone when you got back :( so I needed one with a lid of some kind. What I love about Copco (besides entertaining myself saying it in a Pokemon like voice) is that it keeps the hot beverage hot for a very long time, also the cup does not get that hot like the ceramic ones do (even with the rubber grip around the ceramic.) Another thing I like about this cup is the lid, Some cups I have had the lid is flat and you open the top and you drink from what floods into it. This one is more like a Starbucks hot cup or like a sippy cup :) I am a heavy coffee/ tea drinker so my teeth yellow quite quickly when I drink from a mug. After I got this cup it has taken more then half the time to yellow then it did before!!! That means less money spent on weighting strips!! :) :) This is my 3rd one and I love them!

Perfect temperature to drink hot coffee on my ride to work

This is the perfect coffee cup. I like to be able to drink my coffee on my ride into work. Some coffee mugs are too thermal and my drink is scalding the entire time. I like it to cool down enough so about 10 minutes into my drive, it's drinkable and stays warm for the rest of my long commute or until gone! I highly recommend if you like your hot beverages drinkable in a reasonable time frame! Also fits perfectly into the car holder and fits the large cup of Keurig coffee with room for creamer.
