The media could not be loaded.  I bought these after reading about compression bags in a travel article. I was skeptical that they would matter much or hold up for very long, I was wrong on both. They are so easy to use, I roll up my clothing, zip the bag shut and the roll out the remaining air which compresses it like a vacuum sealed freezer bag somehow. Saves a ton of space and makes the suitcase much more organized without everything flying all over the place the second you open it. Bonus idea: I take and extra empty one and it use for dirty laundry, takes up no more room and keeps it all organized. They have also held up much longer than I imagined. After dozens of trips still no punctures or leaks, I’m impressed. Just buy them.PS the little zipper tabs are transferable between bags and thankfully don’t fall off, just wish some extras were included.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but these jumbo bags are excellent if you want to save on space. I just ordered another box for all of my patio cushions so I can store them from being damaged by pests.I just wish there were more of them per box because I’ll be using all six just for the cushions.

It took a while to figure out how exactly the bags worked. If you don’t have them in the just right position, you will not be able to roll the bag up as shown. Once you do get them to roll up it makes a big difference in your packing space. Personally, I prefer compression bags for traveling over these. Much easier to pack and unpack, especially when having many stops along my journey.

These are among my favorite and most recommended packing items. I most recently used them in a large suitcase and carry-on bag, to maximize space for a week-long work trip. I was able to fit 4 rayon dresses and 2 blouses into one carry-on size bag; 6 T-shirts in another; and 2 pairs of jeans and 2 light cardigans in another. They work best when you stack the items as if in a drawer, and leave some room on top of the pile for easy rolling. The bags are vented on the bottom seam; since some bags have better vents than others, you may need to flip the bag over while rolling, to get the most out of it. (They all get to the same place, so this was not an issue for me, just good to know after using them a couple of times.) The zip-loc slides provided don’t work as well as I’d hoped (some fell off after one use, some didn’t zip well), but again, the high functionality of the bags overrides the need to manually pinch the zip-loc closure. Once you arrive at your destination, your clothes are as fresh and ready for wear as when you packed them, no wrinkles. One of my favorite features is the reusability of the bags - we’ve used one bag at least 6 times so far, and there’s no change in viability. I’m looking forward to using the larger size for packing towels for our family summer vacations. The bags are easy to store: I am able to put them back in the original box for storage, where neither the vent or zip-loc is compromised.

The compression bags are a game changer!! I packed my personal item bag (18 x 14 x 8) to avoid airline baggage fees. The first pic shows my folded dress/jeans/shirts/etc.; the second pic shows the SAME items, compressed, in 3 carry-on size bags. Room galore! Sturdy bags! I heeded the advice to pack in 'smaller' carry-on quantity bags (versus 1 larger 'suitcase' size compression bag). A BONUS: On the return trip, I compressed the soiled clothes in 2 bags (clean in the 3rd). Be sure clothes are dry before compressing! Ensure that snaps/zippers are pre-folded inward (to avoid tearing). Sturdy bags, but don't overfill! Quick/easy to 'learn' the ropes! And...no bulky pump/vacuum needed (just some rolling). I will handy-wipe/air out/prep the bags for my next trip. They are keepers!

I was very excited to get this product thinking it is a great idea and space saver.I've used 4 bags = 3 jumbos and 1 large. In less than an hour one of the jumbo bags didn't hold up and began expanding. I pumped the air out multiple times and checked the seal, listened for any air that might be escaping but can't find one. The large held up overnight but is also expanding. The clasp is not any good for sealing the bags. I gently used a dull plier to seal the bags. They don't tell you but there's a yellow strip and blue strip so if you see any yellow after you seal the bag it means there's an opening and you must reseal it until it's only blue to ensure it's tight. So basically the bags that are leaking are just big, clear storage bags. The large bags only held 2 pillows meh... Totally not impressed with the sizes. The jumbo are great and wished they included more jumbo and kept the rest. On the positive side the bags are pretty strong. I haven't opened the smaller ones. All in all the hype about the seal is just that hype. Doesn't seal well but the other 2 are still firm and fully deflated.

Great product. Great value for the money. Truly a space saver. You can use the bags more than once. I was able to pack my carry-on for one whole week, with plus-sized clothes, including two pairs of jeans and 2 hoodies!!!
