Brabantia 122606 Tasty+ Whisk, Honey Yellow

I bake and cook a lot and have broken many a spatula so when I saw this has a 5 year guarantee I practically cackled that I’d be a good one to test that!A few months in I’m sold (and bought 2 more because you can never have too many). It hasn’t bent, broken, melted, fallen apart - it may last the 5 years!It’s strong - one piece and seems to have metal inside so won’t split in two when mixing something thick (mince pie filling is the culprit that murdered a few spatulas for me before) and a weird green colour that won’t show turmeric stains when I inevitably use it to scrape the last of a curry from a frying pan.Definitely worth a buy. I’ll come back again in 5 years and report if it made it!!

I chose this whisk as I hate the metal hollow handled ones that, once put through the dishwasher, retain the dishwasher water in the handle. This dishwasher water then dribbles into whatever you are whisking which is grim. This whisk has quite a sturdy handle with the whisk set into the solid plastic. It is a good shape & it whisks well. I liked it so much that I have bought 2. I would recommend it as a mid-priced quality whisk.
