Lions Deal Restaurant Supplies is an amazing company! I ordered this item last minute for an art show (yes, a black letter board for an art installation) thinking I would get it in time, but after paying and checking out I found out it wouldn't make it to Los Angeles (were I live) for the day of the opening of the show.I called Lions Deal and talked to them about my concerns, they were extremely nice and helpful and they took care of the situation immediately. I was supposed to get the product in my house May 10th, instead I got it the 4th!! ---and I ordered it Saturday 29th at night!They understood how desperate I was and basically shipped it as a 2-3 days order when I ordered it for a regular (LONG) shipment. It was so thoughtful of them. They saved my art piece, and this means a lot to an artist. The letter board was in perfect conditions and even came with 2 (not one) white letters box! --something I was not expecting and then I realized I really needed it!They perfectly managed this situation. When I called, they devoted all their energy to my case (when I most needed it). They are a great, responsible company that really cares for their customers.I am so grateful to Lions Deal and all the people I talked to on the phone that day! I recommend that you buy extra letters, perhaps more than one size.

The board itself is good quality but there were a couple broken letters in the package which renders those letters useless. I may have to order a second tray of letters to add words to the board.
