It does what I need; would buy again

Good paper for pen and ink. See picture. I love drawing on black paper. I like the size of this pad. The white ink absorbs into this paper nicely, no smearing.I would recommend this product as an artist.

Really like the smooth paper. I would say thickness of craft paper. Not for watercolors it buckles and warps. I think it would be amazing for pen and marker. I used gouache and metallic watercolors. The gouache looks awesome not too much warping. I added white to every color to make them pop more on the paper. Very smooth and sturdy for paper. Not cardstock thickness but much thicker than copy paper. Would probably work great for Silhouette cutting machine if you want something thinner. Pages are perforated and come out clean. I pulled to see if it falls out and happy to report it does not. The covers are VERY sturdy. Would be great for take along to park or give kids one for summer road trips. Black paper makes sparkle gel pens or metallic markers so awesome. Enrich the brain with art and get off the cell phones (electronics) for just a few minutes a day. It's an amazing world of nature out there document it with your own art.

Bought this for my son so he could have a fun and boyish journal. He loves it and the metallic markers we bought to accompany it. Would recommend for any child that enjoys art and drawing and wants another unique and creative outlet
