Terrific edge-of-your-seat suspense
After watching The CARETAKER late one night last week, I had to go put the garbage outside. I was so scared that I thought for sure I saw a shadow of someone (something?) by the garage! I ran back to the house so fast, I'm not sure my feet ever really touched the ground. Creepy, suspenseful, frightening...awesome! The Caretaker has it all. Great eerie music and the house used in the film was the perfect setting. The actors are great and I loved the direction...cool camera angles and editing that had me on the edge of my seat as I held my breath for what was coming next. I still have chills thinking about the last scene. Don't watch it alone...

Trivia
Trivia: the record player at the beginning is called a "Victrola" not a Victoria". Hope the kids in this movie get it because they are all rude, selfish, unlikable products of today's Millennial generation.

Kinda creepy
It is a bit slow but good creepy. I liked it except the ending was stupid. The lady playing Birdie was excellent. Played her part, perfectly. Not bad.

Visitors be where
It started all wright at first but then it got a little creepy. After it looked like the house even the owner where possessed and there are secrets that will be revived and some dark twist especially the end.

This is a good Thriller Suspense Movie
If you're not big into jump scares and into more mental terror and suspense this is a good movie. I really enjoyed it. I think if you pay attention to the movie it is easily understandable what is going on.

You and me, "Babe"...
A decent story, with decent actors. Good filmmaking. Just very anticlimactic. Somewhat interesting.Worst thing in the movie: Too many "Babes". It was driving me crazy. So ridiculous and just contrived. Ugh. See it and you'll know what I mean.
