I really wondered if this product work do the job. I'm happy to report it does. Dont be fooled by how light weight the can is, even when it is brand new. One can will probably last you for months.

Works really well for wine. It's hard to say how many bottles I can preserve with one of these canisters, but at the price it'd be worth it even if only lasted for 5 bottles of wine and it definitely does a lot more than that. I will finish a bottle of wine within a week or so, but it actually does taste like it was just opened even a week in. Fantastic stuff.

Worked as intended.

As a former amateur wine maker, I know a little about both making wine and preserving it properly. I have been using this product for the last 3.5 years and it has replaced the previous vacuum based pump system I use to use ( Vacuum Vin). Because it does a better job , IMO. Primarily Because in my experience the vacuum pump did not get all the oxygen out. The three gases used are all inert, non toxic and do not affect the taste of the wine. I can not attest if it does as good a job for longer periods of time, like my more expensive nitrogen based system that I use to use. Because I usually finish an opened bottle of wine within the next week or so. And it works great in keeping the wine fresh tasting for at least that period of time. What’s not to like. It works and it is inexpensive. And I do not feel like I have to finish an open bottle of wine within the next day or two, like I did with the Vacuum Vin pump. This is important to me , Since I like to match the wine I am drinking with the food I am eating. And , as a result, I usually have 5 or 6 different wine varietals all open at the same time, using Private Preserve as the wine preservative .
