Professionals Choice 33X26X23X11 Equine Trailer Corner Feeder

Not as well made as others few years back 🥺 More shallow, flimsy material making situations of hay falling out and horses destroying item due to not fitting in corner of trailers as well. Of course, warranty does not cover this even made cheaper & sags towards horse in trailer. I had my other Professional Choice corner feeders over 10 years & only reason I needed to replace was material (mesh & vinyl) started to break down/decenigrate 🤣 This is why I had to reorder one after my recent order of 3.

Used to be when I traveled with my mule he'd pull the hay out of the hanging bag and more would go on the floor of the trailer than in his mouth. NO MORE! The mesh on the bottom of this triangular manger contains the smaller bits, and I can easily toss in apples or treats if I stop and want to give him a snack. I also can put a measure of sweet feed into it when he loads, a sure way to increase his enthusiasm for the trailering process, and it does not fall through. So I go from having a net and a bucket that needed to be cleaned to having this permanent fixture I can toss a flake into and away we go. I permanently added eye bolts to my trailer so it is quite secure with the supplied double hooks. ************UPDATE: after 4 years of use the grommets started to pull out. BUT reading the reviews it seems the newer products are not as well made as in the past. What to do? I bought a new one. It is now after 3 months use at the point the previous one was in 4 years. Tragic poor quality workmanship. The grommet pulled out of a corner, and the fabric ripped. Now I'll look for an alternative.

This is a quality product, and works well in my trailer. It comes in different sizes, so measure the space in your trailer first to avoid having to make adjustments. I didnt do this, and had to make a minor adjustment with additional clip rings to get it to fit properly. Cheap and easy fix. We haul often, and feed with these on longer trips. Would buy this again.

At first the size seemed off, but we just add to make some adjustments. Installed, looked great. 1 clinic later, all but one ringlet held, bottom shredded. I gave my last bags away that I had for nearly 15 years! Very disappointed, and my horse isn't on the destructive side being he used the last ones with no damage for the 4 years I owned trailed him.

These are NOT the Professionals Choice corner feeders that were sold a few years ago. They are poorly made. Don't buy.

Through no fault of the product itself, it was shreaded by my mare who took out her anxiety on the feeder when left in the trailer for a short stop at Tractor Supply to purchase some meds. I did not hesitate to order the product again.

I am 65 and just got my first horse.never knew what I was missing. Have a Logan slant load trailer and my trainer let me borrow her feeder until I could order one. I am one of those clean freaks so i clean everything. This is very sturdy, and It can be cleaned both pluses.Easy to hook up. Could not be more pleased.

The only reason I’m giving this four stars is because the front of it doesn’t stand up very well on its own.
