Limited blood-splattered colored vinyl repressing of the Punk band's 1980 debut EP. Formed in 1978 by "Metal" Mike Saunders and Gregg Turner, a pair of erstwhile rock critics who'd previously teamed with fellow writer Richard Meltzer in the group VOM. The Angry Samoans are classic first wave LA punk at it's finest. For fans of Black Flag, TSOL, Circle Jerks, and Fear.

pretty good punk group, they still put on a good show, not real fast easy to understand so a good one for those getting into punk

Cardboard protector was adhes directly to album cover.0 protective slip over cover (numbered on high gloss), causing noticeable damage.

Good Old Punk Rock
Not their best album, that would be reserved for Back From Samoa, but a good album that contains some funny songs.......rock on.

ANGRY SAMOANS, at last someone sings my pain
Angry Samoans rock. All other punk bands must bow and give props to these guys. Inside of My Brain is classic "angriness." Stuccatto guitar rifts, and fast (drug-induced) drum frenzies make you start thinking that maybe the eighties weren't so bad after all. And this ain't White Wedding, either. This is punk to the n-th power, and incidently, Black Flag, the Misfits, and Sid's fingerless leather gloves all mixed together in a large casserole pot, could not even come close to the capacity for angst and self-loathing that is demonstrated so expertly by these bad boys of anger, frustration, and release. And, I would write more, but I was just listening to this album, so I have an uncontrollable itch to go mosh immediately.

This album is top notch, and will leave you pissed off and laughing all at once. This is punk before major labels, mtv, and epitaph destroyed it all.
