White Ruffle Dress Size 0

I chose an "it's okay" rating mostly because the colors ran when I hand washed it in cold water using Woolite and line dried it.. The while neckline collar is now pink. At no time did I let the white neckline collar touch the red ruffle near the neckline. Next time I'll wash it in the machine using Tide and Clorox Stain Fighter and Color Booster and see what happens. If the pink comes out, then I'll be happy with the purchase.Otherwise, it's a really cute "dress" - It is really a tee-shirt, not a dress. The quality of the fabric and design is great.A size 0 fits my chihuahua with a 12 inch chest perfectly.
