Covid-19 ICMR Approved Covid and Rapid Antigen Test Kit for Home Use (Pack of 5)

I caught covid in April 2023, fortunately, I had 2 of these test kits at home, purchased for such an emergency.I was not feeling well one morning and took a self-test as I have elderly parents at home.After testing, the first self-test result was positive, I tested a second time which also showed positive. I went for the RTPCR immediately from Ranbaxy labs which confirmed the positive result.I recommend this kit as I know from first-hand use that the kit works. Positive test results are attached

Opened 2 kits so far, one of them had the tube empty. Couldn't use it. Other one seems to be OK. I haven't opened the remaining 3.

I brought this for overseas travel to check symptoms on regular basis. I did not caught Covid and tests too showed negative results. No false positive was given.Only thing I am not sure about is false negative scenario, otherwise, this product is perfect and that too for small amount. If you buy similar tests overseas it can easily cost you around $5 -$10 per test. So just carry it with you for your travel.

Some of the kit QR Code was not working, showing it's already used. Manufacturer is not up to the mark, raises questions of authenticity of the report.

Its a good kit for home use. You can easily do a test and detect covid. I use this for my mom because a test at a clinic usually cost around 1200-1300 rupees

There are hardly 4 drops of the liquid provided. And when the nasal swab is inserted into the liquid most of the liquid is absorbed by the cotton swab and it is almost impossible to extract 4 drops to place in the test unit. It seems accurate when it works but to get it to work is almost a herculean task. I even cracked one plastic tube (containing the liquid) while trying to squeeze 4 drops out of it to place into the test kit, but was able to squeeze only a little more than 2 drops. This pack of 5 was a total waste of money.Update: It is a little better if the swab is not broken and left in the liquid. For the last 2 kits, I squeezed as much liquid as I could out of the swab, removed the swab, and then was able to get 4 drops into the test unit. But not sure if the sample was as strong as with the swab inside.

Very easy to use.. explanation of usage is given properly through a video.. everything is sealed pack inside the box.. also comes with a disposal bag to tightly seal everything after testing, making disposal easy & hygienic.. results are very accurate.!
