I would like to see some high permeability cores used to back the coils since they are not rigid, just taped. The connections need packaging/casing to protect them long term and I suggest use of terminals rather than soldered connections because there will be some manipulation while fitting. I tried these on the bench using motors of varying sizes as the load.
