Es perfecto para mantener una postura erguida, antes utilizaba una especie de chaleco con varillas pero era muy incómodo. Este dispositivo te lo colocas y te olvidas de que lo traes, si te encorvas vibra y te recuerda permanecer erguido.

I’ve been having back problems for a while, leading to bad headaches, problems sleeping and generally not feeling my best. I’ve tried many different items to varying degrees of success. I bought this without too much expectation, but as a ‘well, it can’t hurt any, can it?’ I knew my posture wasn’t great, but didn’t know how bad it was. Noticed an improvement after the first day. The first day; however, was a chore. Back was definitely sore afterwards. Each day it ramps up the time by 10 mins and muscles kept being sore. After a week it got better. Now it’s more of a pain (in the butt) than strong soreness. But that obviously shows it’s working to help me develop my posture muscles. I just wear it for the recommended time (now 100 mins) and not even every day. Sometimes I miss a few days depending on my schedule. For those complaining that it ‘buzzes’ all the time…that’s kind of working as intended? Just stop slouching? I would definitely recommend it to try. As I said, I have seen huge improvements in my back pain, which has also led to better sleeping. Just do what it says, and if it’s too much for you, scale back and do what you can. But be persistent. Also, I didn’t want to use the sticky tabs (because I’m a little hairy and I don’t want to have to keep buying them), so I bought the necklace. Works fine at my desk. Goes under my shirt and you can’t even notice it.

I gave 4 stars because im most situations it does a 5 star job, but for what I bought it, it needs improvement. I'm a drummer and get worried whenever I watch old Buddy Rich videos. So I got it to make sure I'm sitting upright while playing, but with the loud sounds and constant movement in the area it sits, I simply don't notice it at all while playing. If there was an option to make a sound reminder that is sent through the iphone I could at least get scorned a bit while practicing with headphones through the phone. But, either way, daily routines, shopping, computing, etc, great job.. almost fun using it.

Es bueno pero en mi caso no funciona adecuadamente. Fácil de cargar y calibrar. Buen producto.
