Might as well have been sugar pills
I tried 1 then 2 then 3 pills at a time AND FELT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not only NOT sleepy, but nothing to tell me I had taken anything. I gave them to my husband. Same thing. Basically, $22 sugar pills

Best Natural Sleep Aid on the Market!
If you are looking for a 100 percent natural, non-addictive non drowsy sleep side, this is it! Very effective and rather than waking up feeling groggy, the lemon balm actually makes me feel uplifted! I give Terry Naturals a 5 star rating for this product! Love it!

For me, this one is The BEST! No valerian, no gaba.... I only take half the recommended dose. Works beautifully.

Surprisingly these work really well when my regular dosage of sleeping pill does not work! One pill helps relax me enough to fall asleep on those nights that I feel I'll be up for hours. I've had no side effects, wake up the same - not groggy - and it is really beneficial to me to not feel like I'm using yet another medication to sleep but instead something that is natural! I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because it's not 100% effective but that's probably because I have severe insomnia and on some nights, sleep is just not meant to be!
