Really nice but runs small
These are very well made and wash great but they seem to run small . My husband normally takes a medium but the waist band is a bit tight . I will order again but next time in a large.

Absorbs
Father had prostate cancer and had his entire prostate removed. Afterwards he lost function of bladder and used disposable mens incontinence pads along with these. Now he just uses these.

Beware size list chart on website
I ordered a size 32 inch waist based upon the chart of sizes listed on the website but received a size 34 inch waist par of underpants. They are slightly loose but I can manage with them.

We have found the disposable underwear is more worth your money.
They don’t absorb like I thought they would. They are for my husband more comfortable than the disposable underwear. But the cost is way too much for what you buy.

No sweat!
Disposable products are sweaty, can be expensive and don’t breathe. This is a great alternative. Feels better in summer heat and worth having to wash.
