I bought this book for my husband. He said there was good information in it, but the cuts relate to American cuts of meat. I didn't know there was a difference, but apparently there is. That's why I didn't give it five stars.

This is a great book to help you sort through all the cuts of meat at your grocery store

Good but would be more useful to Canadians with an edit with our names for the different cuts and grades.

This is an excellent book. Extremely informative. I have been recommending to a lot of people.
