Can this be used in a vinyl lined spa safely ?

Hello, we are the manufacturers of the Leisure Time product. This product can be used in vinyl lined spas. If you have any further questions please give us a call at 800-455-4311.

My container was not sealed outside or inside the cap.Is this normal

When I purchase, the container has a lid. There is no external wrap on the outside, nor is there a glued on seal under the lid. Frankly, I appreciate it as there is no additional waste that goes into packaging. The contents are sanitizing agents so not sure why an additional seal would be necessary.
