I love this product! Easy to swallow capsules, no taste, noticeable increase in energy levels. Even my skin started to clear up. I had great skin prior to hitting perimenopause/menopause. This has helped so much with skin issues! Nutricost supplements are definitely one of my favorites! I would highly recommend this product!

I’ve taken a couple different beef livers in the passed and this one I would say is pretty good for it’s price range. I have had better quality brands and product but this one is good. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget and still want to get in their daily beef liver

It's liver in a pill. If you don't want to eat liver out of a live baby cow with a bow on its head and an innocent expression of youthful life and blissful ignorance by punching through their chest pulling their liver out with your bare hands so they can see your firm grip upon it. And right then as they wish they could have exchanged one of their stomachs for another liver, and then, their last breath is exhaled, and they move on to cow heaven. Or you can just buy these. They smell kinda like dry dog food. You'll be fine. I eat them 6 at a time. I feel good. You're welcome.
