I bought one of these and it's the best money I ever spent on leaf removal
This is the bag to buy!I bought one of these and it's the best money I ever spent on leaf removal....it cut hours off my leaf pick up. It is made from great quality cloth ...very heavy duty. I had to fiddle around with it to find the ideal way to attach it to my grass catcher housing, but eventually I cinched it over the top lip and it worked perfectly..no matter how much I would put in the bag it never fell off. You can easily fill the bag up so much it makes it difficult to empty! Also when I used my bags that came with the catcher the tube would always clog up..not with this bag. I could power through the deepest leaves and it never clogged once! My yard is a torture test for stuff like this..I have tons of oak and maple leaves, dirt patches from all the tree shading and two driveways to cross. After using it for two weekends, it had some dirt patches on it and showed some slight wear from dragging, I think it will hold up OK..but only time will tell. I actually tried rigging up a tarp under the bag being dragged by the mower to act as a wear shield..it worked OK..but it needs some refinement! The first bag I got I was stupid and backed over it while putting my tractor away ripping it to shreds. I called the number on his paperwork and he promptly answered. I told him what happened and he said he would ship me out another bag for a flat rate and no shipping to replace the one I trashed! I also told him I needed it by Saturday and it was Tuesday evening. He got it in the works and it was waiting for me when I got home from work on Friday night! Now that's some customer service! Overall I couldn't be happier with this bag..we shall see how it holds up..but even if I wear them out after a couple seasons..it's still worth the money!

Very helpful, mind the caveats
TerraKing Original Lawn Tractor Leaf Bag does what is is supposed to do. I found it to be very helpful, and there's no question that it shortened the time I would otherwise spend picking up leaves. For reference, I have a John Deere L111 and a half acre of lawn (another half acre is wooded). I have used this bag for one season. The caveats:- Because the bag drags, leaves tend not to find their way to the far back of the bag. I have to periodically stop mowing and manually shift leaves back to get more in, or I have to empty the bag before I want.- Even a partially filled bag is heavy. The weight bent my catcher toward the ground on the right side. A nearly filled bag is essentially overfilled and can be difficult to empty.- Avoid wet leaves because the weight increases significantly.- The draw string works well but leaves a gap on my mower where the catcher frame stops it from fitting tight. This is not a ding against the bag, but be aware that some leaves can blow out and back on to the lawn if you have a gap.- The sled idea others suggested is a big help. I struggled keeping the sleds I built from ripping apart as they were abused from dragging a heavy bag of leaves across the lawn (I think it was turning the mower that did them in). I eventually gave up on sleds and let the bag drag.I'm happy with this bag. I'm not so happy that it bent my grass catcher frame. I will continue using it because it made picking up leaves easier.

Well Constructed, Holds a Lot, Real Time Saver
Very well made and I have used it for two seasons. Works around my whole yard of 25,000 sq. ft. (1 acre surrounded by forest on two sides and about 10 trees in the lawn). I have used this out in the street (asphalt) to clean up leaves from my trees without any tears to the bag (yet). The bag is made from a closely knit cloth material that is 'light to medium weight' relative to it's size. I have a 2 bag grass catcher on my Craftsman 42" lawn tractor and this bag will easily hold about 12 bags from my grass catcher (depends on leaves, moisture). I can usually go through my entire yard with about 4 dumps at the height of 'leaf drop' (early October) which takes about 1 hour. When I used to use the 2 bags on the grass catcher, this was a 3+ hours ordeal. It is REALLY heavy when full so I suggest you make sure you are near your dumping area to unload the leaves. I try to set my mower on the highest setting (6) so it will suck up leaves and minimize the grass cuttings. THIS BAG IS DESIGNED FOR BAGGING LEAVES NOT GRASS. Try to keep the lawn cut as short as you can before using this bagger OR set the mower height high so it won't cut the grass. NOTE: My only suggestion would be to make the drawstring attachment and plastic lock a little bit more robust as it can sometimes be difficult to open the leaf bag without the cord/plastic lock becoming undone.

Clamps and tarps
This product is basically a bag that goes around the grass catcher. I read in previous reviews that you need a couple of clamps to secure the bag which came in useful since the string clamp broke before i even put it on the mower. Second and probably more important is to build a frame with a tarp to go under the bag. This will help with tears. I did not do this step and my bag had a couple of rips after the first use. Next time i will buy a cheaper bag and build the frame with the tarp. Someone had pics in a previous review.
