Just a word of warning, one of the clips popped off mid movement. No big deal but be aware of it. Would recommend. Review: Awesome ex curl bar for sliding bench trainers and resistance bands. - I love this thing. It FEELS good in my hands. It is an excellent addition to my sliding bench trainer. I also use it with resistance bands. It is strong, comfortable to use, easier on my wrist then a straight bar, and well built. I will use this often for years to come and highly recommend it.

The grip is amazing
I love this product ! it has such a great feel to it ! The grip is very easy on the hands yet still very grippy when you need it to be ! It's the PERFECT size for my "Tower 200" !

Good quality, makes my Total Gym much better with more helpful moves
This made a nice big difference in alternate movements and angles. Very good quality. Packaged well and arrived quickly. Great value for the money ! While I didn't trust or know enough of the producing company to get their full total gym type machine, I took a chance on their accessory and can say I'm glad I did, it is a great addition for my new TG machine.
