The Complete Works of H. P. Lovecraft

As a longtime fan of Lovecraft's literature and cosmic horror themes in general, I must say this is really amazing. The complete original works of Lovecraft, stories and poems are all included. The page quality is just wonderful, and the cover art is simply astonishing. The silver shiny edge of the pages is also a lovely bonus.A must have for any Lovecraft fan or collector. One of the best published collection of the complete works of Lovecraft.The delivery was also speedy and the book came in good packaging as well!

This book is beautifully designed, reasonably priced and as promised contains all the stories that Lovecraft wrote. So if you are a Lovecraft fan, just buy this beauty without second thoughts!

Beautifully bound hardcover book. The cover illustration is holographic and sets the tone for the tales to follow, the pages have good slick texture, the binding has some sort of silvery finish to it giving it a very vintage feel. It's very well bound and the leather cover and ribs on the spine are a good aesthetic touch. Lovecraft's stories are of course a treat to read and one can trace the evolution of his style because of the chronological order in which the stories appear and due to introductory snippets before each. A must have article in a fan's collection. I loved it.

The book is hard case cover. Pages are ok, one can see the texts printed on the other side without even holding the paper infront of light source. Yet readable. All pages are present with page numbers . Almost all stories are there, quite different than the kindle version. H.P. Lovecraft was on of the best horror writers. He did not write these stories just for the sake of writing. He wrote these stories in the best possible way. He doesn't deliver you the horror at once like most authors do, he develops the horror bit by bit and makes you live through the horror as if you were yourself present there.

I was searching for all the H.P. Lovecraft stories in one bound and finally I got it.It has a bundle of wonders. I found no problems for small font size ( notably I have spectacles). The book is very well segmented. But I didn't find any price tag inside the book.

Reached in great condition, the fonts ain't too small so it's pretty great! Absolutely recommend classic horror story lovers to read! :)

Wow, this is a beautifully bound book and a slipcase that shows Cthulhu giving you the finger. The print quality is excellent and it comes with a silver ribbon for a bookmark. I got it for a bargain and it is totally worth every penny. Definitely a collector's delight

So many Lovecraft collections are merely picks by some editor, and not complete. This one appears to have everything - 68 stories in all plus some extra "juvenalia" that I didn't expect. Awesome!After reading some other reviews on here, I was afraid I was going to get some cheap bootleg thing, and incomplete. No, this is a Barnes & Noble edition. Table of contents, stories page separated, and very nicely bound with one of those cloth strip bookmarks. The type is small, but it was either that or a huge dictionary-esque thing. There's a lot here. Reanimator, Kadath, Chtlulu, Mountains, all of it.

Credo la miglior edizione in lingua originale di H.P. Lovecraft.Un autore che consiglio a tutti di leggere in originale. In lingua italiana è tradotto benissimo, assolutamente; però si perde dall'inglese tutta quella scelta di parole e musicalità (allitterazioni e via discorrendo) che accresce ancora di più l'importanza di questo scrittore, che per troppo tempo è stato misconosciuto dai più e relegato in una nicchia di un genere grandemente sottovalutato!Bellissima la copertina (finalmente niente mostri a caso, né tentacoli), pagine con gli estremi in argento e segnalibro. Fatevi un piacere! Compratela!

Não julgarei aqui a pessoa de Lovecraft. Sabemos das polêmicas que rodeiam sua personalidade, mas avaliarei apenas sua escrita - não a sua moral ou seu caráter.É fato que a escrita de H. P . Lovecraft inspirou gerações de escritores. A forma como conta histórias é impressionante; sua narração pode parecer arrastada para alguns, mas é exatamente isso o que torna suas histórias especiais, em minha opinião.Falando agora sobre este livro, em especial... Nem sei o que dizer! O livro superou minhas expectativas, é belíssimo e organizado.Não é um livro que agradará todo mundo, mas é maravilhoso para os apreciadores do gênero.
