LIFE SAVING!!!
I swear these saved my breastfeeding journey. The first couple weeks postpartum is so hard, but these really helped my n*pples heal. Highly recommend - and good luck mamas!!!

Helpful but expensive
These are immensely helpful but so expensive to continue buying. I have been wearing them for the past two weeks to help with nipple pain from breastfeeding but I am going to need to find another solution (been looking into the silver nipple shields). There is only 2 to a pack and so far this is the only "bulk" I have found. I just wish there were more.

Amazing
Pro tip: keep them in the refrigerator! And even if you don’t they still help with nipple pain. One of the best. Put them on your registry or buy them for a new breastfeeding mom! She’ll love you forever.

Get these right away!
There are so many descriptors for how your bewbs feel when you are trying feed a brand new human who has never had to use their mouth before: painful, excruciating, like shards of glass being pulled through very sensitive skin. (Don't worry new momma's, that feeling goes away and it gets SO much better, I promise!)Until baby get better at latching and you toughen up, these soothies are a lifesaver! I stick a pair in the fridge while I'm wearing another pair. These magical gel sticky pads provide a plethora of usefulness. They cool to provide relief. They keep your private parts private, even on the coldest day (if you know what I mean). They also helped mine to heal before I got the ties revised on my newest human and he got better at sucking. So worth it, and these make a great gift for a new mom!

If I am a bit better then I keep a damp washcloth by my breastfeeding ...
Got me through the first 3 weeks of breastfeeding every time I’ve had a kid. Just applied a new one every other day. I never tried putting it in the fridge first. The product itself is so much more effective than the other brands of wet healing pads and much thicker. Worth the recommendation of rinsing off the glycerin before breastfeeding. If I am really sensitive then I just cup water in my hand and rinse/rub gently. If I am a bit better then I keep a damp washcloth by my breastfeeding seat and wipe quickly with that before a feeding. I just change it out every day. I also know many people that didn’t read the directions and so didn’t rinse glycerin off nipple before a feeding. Did not seem to affect their babies at all. It’s my understanding that this is the same formula that Soothies used before they were purchased by Lasinoh. They didn’t change it. And I don’t think the original instructions even mentioned washing prior to a feeding. Anyway, this is a great product if you have sensitive nipples and I highly recommend it.
