I'm a skinny 6'3"** A: I'm 6'4" and 200 lbs and the XL is long enough to stay tucked reasonably well. But beware: they shrink a lot if dried too warm or too much. I hang them to dry and they seem actually to gain length this way. UPDATE: the latest batch I got (in black XL) were much larger and looser fitting. I then bought a pack of black in L and they fit like the old XL. The new sizes are perhaps more in line with standard American sizes. Both are fairly long in that they are long enough for me even in the new versions. **Q: Is the large long enough for a 6'4 man** A: I'd go with xtra large....very form fitting **Q: Has anyone had a problem with these shrinking or losing shape? Thank you!** A: Yes the neck totally stretches out. The neck also gets bad wrinkles almost like bacon around the neck. I would not recommend this product at all. **Q: Do they shrink any when washed for the first time?** A: No they do not. They have specific washing instructions but I doubt I follow them when doing the laundry and they are still holding up fine although probably not quite as “silky”. I also wear these to lunge around the house. Very good quality. I have owned several colors since 2023 and they are still extremely soft and have held up. The fabric is not too thin or too thick.The only negative is I wish the sleeves were shorter so I can wear under more shirts. The fit was a bit large. I normally wear a Large, but started getting medium so that they fit closer and less baggy feeling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome workout shirt and a great value, but order a size up if you like a looser fit. *by on Reviewed in the United States August 13, 2019* I got these shirts primarily for my gym workouts. Specifically, I was looking for a shirt made from natural fibers that would help keep me cool, is lightweight and wouldn't get weighed down with sweat, and would avoid stink, and for all these things I found this shirt to be outstanding. I've tried some "high tech" shirts made from man-made fibers and to me their fabric feels uncomfortable and unnatural on my skin, but they do dry quickly. By contrast, these shirts are made of 95% bamboo fiber, feel nice (and natural) next to my skin, and are very light and breathable. When I work out hard and sweat a lot these shirts not only don't get heavy and weigh me down, the moisture actually provides a refreshing cooling effect that really helps keep me going in greater comfort. And as a bonus, these shirts almost magically refuse to retain body odor. I hang them up to dry after a hard workout, and the next day there's no smell! In a pinch I've even used the same "dirty" shirt to the gym the next day and it was perfectly fine, and it still didn't stink even after all that! I really couldn't ask for more from a performance perspective from these shirts.Are there any downsides? Yeah, a couple, but they're very minor relative to all the benefits stated above. First, and this will be very individual specific, I find the sleeves of the shirt are cut a little slimmer relative to the rest of the shirt (I body build with free weights so this might not be the case for many others). It's not uncomfortable and doesn't impede my workout at all, but I'd prefer a little looser fit in the sleeves. As a result, I probably won't wear these shirts out much for casual use, but that's not really what I bought them for anyway. If you're a borderline fit between two sizes I'd definitely recommend going with the larger size unless you're looking for more of a snug fit. Secondly, the shirts seem to take a bit longer to dry than a cotton or other man-made fiber shirts. For example, when I hang my shirt to dry after a hard workout the shirt is still just a wee bit damp by the time I'm going to work out the next day whereas other shirts likely would be totally dry. I really don't care about this at all but it may be an issue for some so I thought it at least worth mentioning. The only thing I can't speak to is how they stand up over time. I can say I've washed mine a couple times -- I used a warm wash and dried on low -- and the shirts have held up just fine with little if any shrinkage. I will say the washing instructions are not made very clear, which is a little frustrating.Bottom line, would I recommend these shirts for working out? HELL YES!!! And at the price of each shirt here on Amazon I consider them to be a screaming bargain versus what other "high-tech" tshirts cost. I also think they're great for just walking around casually, especially on a hot and/or humid day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fit, material/feel, durability *by on Reviewed in the United States May 22, 2026* After years of using store bought cheapos that don't fit well and degrade, I love these undershirts! The bamboo material is light, stretchy, soft, and durable. I've had my first set for almost 3 years now and they are still intact. It is absorbent enough to pull the moisture away from the skin and wicking enough to not become heavy with sweat. I dont recall noticibg any shrinkage.Best of all is the cut/fit: form fitting at the top, loose at the bottom, and long enough so my belly is not exposed when raising my arms. They work well to tuck in under my work clothes without bunching up and for working out as a single layer. For context I'm somewhat relatively fit/regular/not obese with mild dad bod belly and 6'.
