I am really disappointed. I contacted customer service because the vegan leather on my bag is pealing after just a few months of use. The best they can do is nothing? They said I must be rubbing it on rough surfaces. I am not rubbing or bumping it on rough surfaces. I have had another Itzy Ritzy bag and used it the exact same way and it has very little wear and tear on it after years of use. It was also vegan leather. The surface of the vegan leather is just peeling in places where there is not much friction. I am careful to take good care of my bags. I have really enjoyed being an Itzy Ritzy customer. As a mom of 7, I have carried their bags for years as well as used many other products including toys and pacifiers. I also recommend the brand because of the quality, however I have sadly learned that the customer care is lacking. For an item to peel like this is unacceptable and not normal wear and tear. I guess their quality standards have lowered as well, previous bags did not do this. If they will only stand by products purchased directly from their website and not other merchants such as Amazon, what is the point of selling there? I will no longer purchase or recommend Itzy Ritzy.

These packing cubes are adorable. They match the bag in which I purchased them for perfect. I will say that they are MUCH smaller in size than I imagined. I’m honestly not really sure what I would “pack” in the smallest cube it is that small, maybe a spare pacifier holder ? Lol I have my second child sue any day which is why I purchased packing cubes for organizing but I feel like I might need to purchase a second set just to get the biggest size cube because it’s the most practical in this particular bag and fits the best. All in all I am happy with the purchase and quality of the item.

I love my itzy ritzy diaper bag and these match it perfectly and are soooo useful. I use one for extra clothes, one for diapers, and one for all my babies travel medicines/syringes. They look small, but they actually hold a lot and have some give to them! They’re amazing for organizing your diaper bag.

It was the perfect size for my diaper bag. It’s actually very versatile too! You can use them to pack anything & super cute as well 🥰

I really loved these bags...diverse in their smaller sizes, excellent quality...but I just could not justify the cost. If this set had a couple of more bigger cubes, for bulkier clothing, it would have been my 1st choice (as I have tried multiple brands!

Definitely not worth $35, but they are such a cute accessory and I like to be organized, so I bought and love them.

These are so cute and functional. My only issue was the smallest size bag. It’s teeny tiny so I don’t have much use for it. It would be great for pacifiers I guess if you needed a bag for that. Maybe even for bows while traveling.

Excellent quality, no duties to pay through Amazon.ca (as opposed to ordering directly from itzy ritzy and getting hit with a huge duty fee to cover!)
