Started with 1/4 TSP x 2 daily.Over 2 weeks worked up to 1.5 TSP x 2 daily.Bonus Idea:When drinking from a glass, the crystals settle on bottom, therefore, the less bitter water is on top and the "Bitter End" is at bottom of the glass, thus making "bottoms up" a bit difficult.Bonus: Drink with straw and the bitterness crystals washes down First and Faster ...and then remaining water (less bitter) washes down the bitterness.Drink on empty stomach and make sure you have plenty of Vitamin C in your system.
