We frequently use our Lodge Panini press with our Lodge cast iron pan. We heat it while we heat the pan, then use it to cook the top of minute steaks, hamburgers, turkey bacon, sandwiches/paninis. The steaks, bacon and burgers cook evenly, don't curl up, and the cooking time is cut down considerably. We recommend it. The only thing we would change is its size. We wish it was a an inch larger in each direction, as the lid only covers about 3 items in our fairly large pan; but it is sufficient for the two of us.

木製の取っ手が付いていないのをあえて選択しました。 リフターを持っていないのであればお勧めはしません。 ミトンやタオルでも厳しいかと思います。厚手の皮手袋は必要なくらい熱くなります。 かなり重くよくできています。 オープンな鉄板なら問題は有りません。底がフラットしか持って居ませんでしたので楽しみです
