Very short cord for USB plug. No power cord included.

I have only had to use it a couple of times, but it was very easy to use on my M1 Macbook Pro. I was concerned that it would not be recognized, but it truly is a plug and play drive. I have only used it to play DVDs. I have not tried to burn a cd or DVD yet.

Defective and or cheaply manufactured item.
Hello!I purchased this item with unwavering commitment and faith that it would function as intended; it did for 37 days, and now it no longer works.I contacted the vendor regarding this matter, and the person said he/she would replace it after I have contacted Amazon Customer Service. I did so, but Amazon cannot refund and or exchange the item after 30-days.Most product comes with a 60-90 warranty; others provide a warranty for up to 12 months. I guess that I am the looser in this matter. I will soon discontinue my Amazon subscription.Sincerely,Franklin

Doesn't work. Don't waste your time/money. Tried with 4 different types of dvd-r's and 2 cd-r's. Complete waste of time, money, and materials. Buy something else that's more expensive and works. Will definitely be returning this piece of garbage.

Comes with a spare usb lead
Nothing to dislike an excellent product easy to use does what it says on the box plug and play, a very neat CD drive the leads are stored in the bottom of the case.

doesn't play dvds
it was fine for copying data off discs that just had photos, on but I also wanted to use this to watch DVDs on my laptop. Every time I put a DVD disc in and clicked to open it, it just said 'insert disc' and ejected the tray again. not happy with the product as i cannot seem to get it to work for the main use i wanted it for.

purchased this for my mini pc but it want work their is not enough power for it to work i believe you need one with an external power source, so if you need one, pay a little extra and get one with a power source
