I was sceptical
I haven’t had great experiences with compostable ziplock bags so I was a bit sceptical of these.They’re excellent. I notice no difference in use between these and standard plastic seal bags.

Komplett ungeeignet für Flüssigkeiten.
Tüten haben Sollreissstellen, die ganz schnell aufreißen, auch durch Innendruck. 500 g himbeerpüree in der ganzen Küche verteilt. Ist mit den nicht kompostierbaren Tüten seit 10 Jahren nicht passiert

Really the BEST bags!
I always thought it was my vacuum machine that was the problem sealing up bags. It was the BAGS the whole time! These bags instantly seal and cooking without toxic plastic is the BEST!! Will be a staple in my home now!!

Vorgefertigte Beutelnähte haben nicht gehalten
Bei Benutzung im Sous Vide Verfahren haben die Vorgefertigten Beutelnähte nicht gehalten. Beim Herausnehmen aus dem Sous Vide Topf am Ende der Garzeit habe ich die Beutel an der Schweißnaht- Seite herausziehen wollen und die zwei fertig gegarten Gänsekeulen sind unten aus dem Beutel heraus geflutscht. Wenn es bei einem passiert wäre, okay, aber gleich alle drei Beutel a zwei Gänsekeulen nach 22 Std. bei 67 Grad...ade Soße ...ade Aroma.
