I think because it's sodered, it'll have a lower chance of snapping and breaking. One downside to being sodered is that you can't open a chain to add a chain. You have to cut the chain with a pair of sturdy scissors or something else that could break it instead of opening the link up.

The chain is smaller than I expected the picture makes it look bigger than it actually is. I bought this to hang a small welcome sign. It's functional but I wish it was slightly bigger.

I make jewelry and was running short on chain, so I ordered this. It's not bad.. it just feels really ight and the size of the chain itself is alot smaller than what I'm used to working with. If you're looking for something lightweight and dainty, this is for you...If on the other hand, you're wanting something sturdy.. look else where.
