Shampoo is soft and smells decent. The oil heater seems to be working ok but it takes more than 10-15 minutes just to get it warm and it actually never turned off

I have been facing dandruff and dry scalp issues on my scalp and have tried many other hair oil and shampoos. One of my friend suggested to use this product and it comes with a heater to make the oil warm.I followed the steps and when I applied the warm oil on my scalp, it felt really good. The temperature was perfect and since my 3rd wash I was able to see visible reduction in dry scalp and dandruff. I also used the shampoo and it's good for washing off the hairoil and cleansing.
