The media could not be loaded. I got the product at 12 am!!! But the cup's quality is great .the print is soo good but the cup is way too heavy. I am gifting ut to my frnd and I hope that she will like it.

The cup was broken into pieces when delivered to me. We tried returning it twice but the return person did not take it back. Complete disappointment. I want a return of the item and total refund at the earliest
