This bundle contains everything you need to get started working out with a pair of suspended rings minus a structure to secure the straps to. Like pictured, this set contains a carrying case, two rings, two straps with clips to secure them with, and an instruction booklet. The supplied carrying case is adequate to carry them anywhere. Rings are sturdy and should hold up for a long time. The straps can hold a lot of weight and with the supplied clips are versatile in how you suspend them. One note: Be sure you put the clips on the straps properly. If done properly (per instructions) they are very secure. If they slip on you, stop and check that you do not have them backwards. I am suspending the rings from my power tower so the hook up was really easy. I am blessed with high ceilings and the tower is high off the floor so it is working great for me.

Amazing rings. Heavy and strong. Not "plasticky" at all; they are extremely hard and durable material, as are the straps. Comes with the bag. For the complete workout away from home package, one could buy these rings (outstanding for outdoor workout in a playground), the ultimate BMP band package, add the #75 green BMP band ($20), and a BMP stability ball and pump, and a jump rope, and boom: a complete travel gym for hotels, parks, etc. Frankly, I wort of wish BMP made a Super Gym package with all these items at a discount; it'd sell like hot cakes! Company has a reputation for customers service (I have not called them, I read this online), and this product has a lifetime warranty.

Simplicity is what I like and these rings were easy to assemble and use. I have used these rings for about 1.5 months. This was a huge addition to my home gym. My wife and I use these rings outdoors and suspend them from two trees at different heights. We do a variety of push ups, pull ups, dips and muscle ups with the rings. This is a must buy for the price. I would buy these again and highly recommend the product!

These rings are a great alternative to the other more expensive rings. When I started looking into training with rings, I was shocked at how much other companies were charging for them. As a result, I started looking to make my own rings and straps. I bought the cam buckle straps from Home Depot and I was going to use PVC to build the rings. There are tons of instructions online about how to make rings, but after all the work and materials, these rings still come out cheaper, and who am I kidding much better. You might be tempted to think that cheap price means cheap quality, but that couldn't be further from the truth for this product. I went to the local fitness store and the cheapest set was a Rogue set for over $100. The price went up from there depending on the type of ring you want -- wood, metal, or plastic. Additionally, (and this is the missing feature that took away one star -- really only half a star) the straps on the Rogue set have marks on them that makes it easy to adjust and make them even. If however you want a sturdy set that you have to eye ball to adjust that won't break your bank, this is the set for you. I am thoroughly satisfied with this set. The straps are strong, the rings are textured, and the set is exactly what you're looking for. Plus, for this price, you can afford to take a chance on them.

Works perfectly. Great grip, doesn't hurt. Make sure you hang the rings correctly so the cable isn't putting pressure on the clips. You can snap the clips if you do that with any adjustable ring setup. These guys have solid durability and a solid product.

These folks get five stars based on their customer service! When they say warrantied for life they mean it. Had a malfunction probably due to miss-threading. They sent a replacement which got lost in the mail. Sent another. Both arrived (original must have gotten stuck in the back of someone's truck) arrived within a day. Offered to return one; they said "Keep it! We are just happy you got it." Pay attention to threading and testing. Great product by the way. Strong and well made but like any gym apparatus you need to assemble it correctly. I plan on doing business with these folks again.

Purchased these a couple of months and I couldn't be happier. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than a gym membership, and a hell of a lot more fun than just lifting weights. I'd like to point out that I'm new to gym rings, so my opinion is not that of an expert. They're comfortable, have good grip, and the weight feels just right. There is a light seam from the manufacturing process, but you can only tell if you're specifically looking for it, and I would be surprised if anyone noticed while using them. I installed clips for them to hang from on the support column in my basement, and that's where I usually use them. If I feel like I want some sun, I'll throw them over a strong tree branch outside. All-in-all, completely satisfied with this purchase.

I was a little worried about going with plastic over wood, but these rings are solid. I'm 6'2 225lbs and haven't had any issues with the straps slipping through the buckles and I'm satisfied with the purchase. However, if you're using them for serious gymnastics training, you'll probably want to invest in a set with the bigger straps just for piece of mind. Pros - Came with a nice pouch and velcro straps to pack it up in - The velcro straps are also perfect for bundling up the excess strap so it doesn't get in the way - Rings feel solid and have a texture to improve grip - Buckles feel heavy duty and don't slip (make sure to feed the strap through where the arrow on the buckle indicates) Cons - The ring texture is almost too rough if you're changing your grip or doing muscle ups - The webbing straps feel solid, but I'd feel better with a wider set

Die Gurte machen einen soliden Eindruck und halten ohne Probleme meine Turnereien aus (immerhin einen guten Schlag über 90 kg). Lobend zu erwähnen sind außerdem die kleine Tasche in der man alles sauber verstauen kann und die kleinen Klettbänder um die Gurte sauber ein zu rollen. Zusammenfassend also: + Verarbeitung + sicherer Halt + lange Gurte + Tragetasche und Klettbänder - Die Richtung zum Einfädeln hätte man anders lösen können

These rings are sturdy, and so are the straps and accompanying mechanisms. They are AWESOME, and they come in a sweet carrying bag, too! I've been using them quite often since I received them and they are extremely comfortable. The heavy duty plastic rings are monstrous - they are the kind of plastic you'd expect Nintendo to build their gameboys out of, or something Nokia melts down into phones. The straps are excellent quality too. I got these for a FANTASTICO price. Passing up the deal would have been a bad idea - these things are phenomenal.
