My husband passed away three years ago. I was devastated. In my grief, I have been trying to recapture beautiful moments of our time together. This statue gives me comfort and brings back beautiful moments we had. Sometimes when I was washing dishes, he would come up behind me, hug me, tilt his head, and whisper "I Love You." When I look at this statue, it's like I am reliving that moment all over again. Beautiful!

I used it as a centerpiece for my mini civil wedding ceremony table. It represents to me the embrace of the union my husband and I promised each other in sickness and in health, as we will hold on to each other.

Arrived well packaged. 4 vs 5 stars because it's not pure black. It's more dark brown-black. In dark room it's not noticeable but in daytime it is. Still keeping because it looks great.
