These worked great. They brought my parent's couch back to being usable.

I bought these to replace similar factory-installed legs on an ottoman that shattered when it hit the edge of a tile.Pros: Fit right out of the box, easy to install, no problem holding up to larger weight loads.Cons: Since the ottoman was a lighter, more mobile piece of furniture, there was a tendency for the legs to fall off when lateral pressure was put on one side of the leg. The prongs that hold the T-nuts in place can be easily pulled off when weight is applied to one side (like when pushing the piece over two legs to place it on its side, the T-Nuts with the legs just peel right off.) I don't think it would be a problem with a heavier piece of furniture like a whole sofa that rarely gets moved and usually remains upright.To fix this issue, I used pan-head screws to hold the T-nuts to the ottoman, and trimmed the scaffolding around the center screw of the leg to create clearance for the screw heads when screwing in the leg into the T-nut. Overall, I remain satisfied with this purchase.

Wanted to raise up our sofa so the Roomba (or regular vacuum wand) can vacuum under it. These are a perfect fit. Seem sturdy, was an easy replacement for our 1.5" feet. We needed 13 so had to buy an extra 4 packs. Not sure why we didn't do it sooner now.

The threads were the same size, first one went fine, second one broke halfway in, super fun to get it out. Ugh. Back to a too short couch again.

We recently made the mistake of buying a sectional sofa on line. The “mistake” part was the fact that the shipper lost a box of hardware that included the legs. The battle with the vendor continues but meanwhile, the Seimneire 4Pcs 8 Inch Sofa Legs have solved our problem.These legs are strong fit the bill perfectly. You want to make sure that you determine whether you need “English” or Metric before ordering. I determined that we needed metric threads and the M8 threads on these legs were just right.The plastic may not be the most attractive solution but who spends a lot of time looking at sofa legs? These blend in nicely.

I had a couch with 1½" legs. Being low to the ground made it difficult for me to get out of the couch these days. I replaced the old legs with these new 4" legs and the 2½" height difference is quite noticable and made the event of getting out of the couch significantly better.The plastic legs are more than adequate to carry the load and look great once installed. 1 Star is deducted here because the bottom of the leg has a hole the size of a quarter. This makes it difficult to adhere furniture pads on he bottom that I use on a hardwood floor. I don't see the point of the hole and at a minimum, reduce the hole size. Using contact cement and oversized custom pads made from in/outdoor carpet, I made it work.For anyone wanting to extend their couch/chair legs, take the time to unscrew one of the existing legs and measure the diameter of the screw. If it measures 10mm, these are the correct thread fit. Many measure 8mm; if so buy M8 legs. Also pay attention to the leg diameter. The taller the leg, the diameter at the top will generally be wider. Be sure your couch/chair can accommodate the wider diameter leg.
